RESERVATION :
Minimum time before reservation: 2 days.
A reservation will be confirmed :
- only after contact with the owner who will confirm the availability and the total cost of the stay, all inclusive.
-receipt by the establishment of 30% of the total amount of the stay (= deposit).
(After that, if you cancel your reservation, this deposit cannot be refunded to you).
This first payment must be made by bank transfer. The establishment's bank details will be provided when booking.
The remaining 70% of the stay will be payable on the day of arrival (the valid identity card of each occupant will be requested).
Means of payment accepted on site:
- cash or bank check for French residents (on presentation of a valid identity card),
- cash (in euros) for foreign nationals (an individual police form will have to be completed).
PRICES :
Fleur de Tilleul will open its doors to you from 08.01 to 15.12.
Minimum rental: 2 nights.
Accommodation capacity :
- at least 2 people,
- a maximum of 8 people: 6 adults and 2 children aged 5 to 16 inclusive (+ up to 3 young children under 5).
For a child over 16 or an adult occupying 1 double bed alone, the double room rate will apply.
Low season periods from 08.01 to 30.06 and from 01.09 to 18.12:
- double room (1 to 2 adults):
45.00 euros / night.
High season periods from 01.07 to 31.08:
- double room (1 to 2 adults):
55.00 euros / night.
All periods, unchanged price for children under 16 included:
- Room with bunk beds (or double if bunk beds occupied) child from 5 to 16 years old included: 12.00 euros / child / night,
- Beds for children under 5 years old: 5.00 euros / child / night.
Important notes:
>cleaning fees and tourist tax are not included in these rates.
>If renting for professional reasons (seasonal work, temporary work, internship,...), an adapted rate and a reduction on the base rate (high or low season) will be offered, depending on the number of people and the rental period .
All these criteria will be specified when making contact in order to establish the corresponding quote.
Free and provided free of charge:
The parking (private and fenced).
The costs of water, electricity, central heating and Wifi (with fiber).
Sheets, pillowcases and blankets, bath and hand towels, hair dryer.
Kitchen towels.
Cleaning products (for dishwashers, washing machines, floors), garbage bags and toilet paper.
You will have an ironing board and iron, as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom.
Hydroalcoholic gel.
Various brochures and information about the region will be available.
On request, can also be provided free of charge:
- High chair (2 are available) for toddlers, a baby changing mattress, plastic bathtub and bathrobe (hooded cape) for baby.
-Seat adaptable to the bathtub, for people with reduced mobility.
Additional costs :
- Tourist tax (for people aged 18 and over): 2% / person / night.
- Cleaning charge / stay:
> for 2 to 6 nights: 30.00 euros,
> from and more 7 nights: 50.00 euros.
- Firewood on request, for fireplace: 3.00 euros / night.
A security deposit of 200 euros in cash, will be paid on arrival, and fully returned on the day of departure if no damage is found throughout the property.
Conditions :
Arrival times: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Departure times: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For other times, please contact the owner of the establishment.
If possible, please advise the approximate time of arrival in advance (the keys will be handed over by the owner).
Fully detached holiday home.
Single storey house: easy access for people with reduced mobility.
Parties for exceptional events are prohibited.
Animals (exclusively dog or cat) may be admitted, under certain conditions to be discussed with the owner, before booking.

The establishment is non-smoking.
The land behind the house is private, so access is not allowed.
