Fleur de Tilleul is imbued with a family soul, combining simplicity and authenticity.
First built as a family home in the early 1980s, it has been open to tourist accommodation since summer 2020, every year from early January to mid-December.
This project was born out of the desire to extend the history of this property, dear to our family, and to breathe new life into it.
With the reflections of Mother Nature, it opens its doors to you under the sun of our countryside.
House in Causse stones and rustic brown wood furniture, the style of the house has remained faithful to its origins and to its time.
It is located in Saint-Grat, a small village in Aveyron, about ten kilometers from the Bastide Royale of Villefranche de Rouergue and on the border of the departments of Lot and Tarn-et-Garonne.
As you walk through the village and take the surrounding country lanes, you will discover some of our local heritage.
Thus, you will be able to glimpse a little of the history of our region in a rural environment.
His presentation and visit :
Fleur de Tilleul is a completely independent holiday home, to feel at home.
The property is closed by three gates, the key of the largest allowing access to the courtyard, will be entrusted to you. This shaded area will serve as a private and free car park.
At the entrance, our large, benevolent lime tree will undoubtedly transmit you serenity and well-being.
Under its foliage, a small table and garden chairs will invite you to take a break.
The shaded courtyard has a small cabin equipped for children. They can access it with a key and play in peace.
On the garden side, a hammock in the shade of a large acacia tree will offer you moments of relaxation.
Running along the entire facade, a large single-storey terrace will give you easy access to the entire property. Part of it is covered, where a bench will allow you to linger a bit, to enjoy the sun or the mild evening. You will also find a table and chairs for an outdoor meal.
Now, inside and common areas :
In the dining room, a large table and 8 chairs are installed, as well as a piece of furniture offering some board games.
A spacious living- room, with two large openings onto the terrace, is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and seats in its living area. The latter also has a fireplace, a desk and a flat-screen TV.
Note that you will have Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free of charge, also knowing that the cottage benefits from fiber.
The house includes a kitchen open to the terrace, thus making it possible, as explained previously, to share a meal outdoors and under shelter. While a window overlooks the shaded courtyard.
The kitchen has a table, 8 chairs and complete equipment (induction hotplates and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, electric mixer, crockery, others.…). For some outdoor grills, a small barbecue will be available (charcoal provided)
The bathroom has a sink and a bathtub (or shower), a hairdryer can be used.
For your laundry: a washing machine and a small drying rack.
The toilets are independent.

The rooms :
3 with a double bed and 1 with two bunk beds, (in addition, 2 beds for children under 5 are available, and a third can be on request).
Each of them is luminous and has a name, according to its tones:
*** ORNITHIA ***
It is equipped with a double bed with bedside table and a wardrobe composed of shelves, a wardrobe and a large mirror. The bedroom also has 2 chairs and
a stool.
A bed for a child under 5 years old can be accommodated on request.
Finally, a window opens onto the shaded courtyard.
*** AMANDIA ***
It consists of a double bed with bedside table and a cot for a baby (or child under 5 years old).
You will have at your disposal a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. A small piece of furniture, redesigned, will serve as a dressing table. The bedroom also has 2 chairs.
Its window overlooks a wooded green space (private).
*** ROSALYA ***
This room is more intended for children, as it is equipped with 2 single beds which are bunk (for children from 5 to 16 years old inclusive) and a bed for toddlers (under 5 years old).
Its furniture also includes a chest of drawers with 3 large drawers, on which are arranged children's books. On the other hand, there are various small games inside a safe.
2 chairs are available and a mirror is hung on the wall.
The window opens onto a wooded green space (private).
*** BOHEMIA ***
Bedroom with double bed and bedside table, wardrobe with shelves and a large mirror.
An armchair and two seats (like a pouf box) complete the installation.
A window opens on the garden side where the beautiful acacia is spread out.
